The above images are of the building colloquially referred to as the "square coliseum" located in E.U.R., Rome, Italy. This building stands at the end of the main road of E.U.R. and serves as civic art. The inscription at the top of the building translates roughly as "A nation of poets of artists of heroes of saints of thinkers of scientists of navigators of transmigrators" I'm not particularly sure how "trasmigratori" translatess into English but this building pays homage to the impact Rome has had on our society. In the building's facade are forms from the coliseum affixed to an orthagonal building suggesting a more machined version of the classic Roman coliseum. This building's lobby is clad with four native marble varieties that express the natural beauty of Italian marble. For these reasons, the square coliseum is included as a precedent for  a building based on cultural heritage, civic art, and consequently, neighborhood prosperity.
